What Your Order Status Means

• Processing — We've received your order and are preparing it for shipment.
• Shipped — Your order has left our facility and is on its way.
• Out for Delivery — Your order is with the local courier for final delivery.
• Delivered — Your order has arrived at its destination.

Order Number and Email

Your order number and the email address used at checkout are all you need to look up your order — either through your account or by replying to your confirmation email.
